2010 Ford Fusion named Motor Trend’s Car of the Year

The well-respected Motor Trend magazine has voted Ford Fusion as the Car or the year, both it’s gas version and Hybrid. The award was selected from the top 22 different cars that were all newly introduced and Ford led the field again.
This is a great credit to the Ford team for delivering a car in the hottest selling segment in the market. This new Ford Fusion has beaten both Toyota Camry and Honda Accord, which have been the two top selling cars in America. Motor Trend editor-in chief Angus McKenzie praised the Ford Fusion for all versions of this car, the 4-cylinder, the v-6 model and the gas saving Hybrid. He praised the Ford Team for their attention to detail with the Fusion’s sleet lines and roomy interior.
The Ford Fusion comes standard equipped with many amenities the consumer is looking for in a mid size vehicle. It has a broad range of options to satisfy all consumers in the market for a luxury sport mid-size vehicle.
Motor Trend is one of the most influential automotive magazines in the U.S., with their severe testing they would not name any vehicle Car of the Year without thoroughly going over all candidates.
